  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and any accessories that were included in the original package.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products that are final sale or clearance items.
  • Customized or personalized products that were specifically made to your order.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  3. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected from damage during return shipping. Include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us at the address provided in your return instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

If the item qualifies for a return, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Restocking Fees: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returned items that do not meet the eligibility criteria, or for items returned outside the return window.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide you with instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the item, we will either replace it or issue a refund, depending on your preference and availability of the item.

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you notice any damage or defects, it is important to report it within 7 days of receiving the item to ensure eligibility for a refund or replacement.


7. Late Returns

If your return is made after the 30-day return window, we may not be able to accept the return or issue a refund. However, we will consider returns on a case-by-case basis, and our customer service team will determine whether an exception can be made.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes that may apply. Please note that international returns may take longer to process due to customs procedures.
